Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Trust and Safety Policy, and other policy pages that apply to your use of LNG. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
• Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

Our Services allow you to post, submit, and share content, including business listings, events, products, reviews, stories, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting our Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content
• The User Content does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights
• The User Content complies with our Community Guidelines
• The User Content is accurate and not misleading

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming an affiliation
• Submitting fake reviews or engaging in review manipulation
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Promoting discrimination, hate speech, or violence
• Posting content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distributing spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Using LNG Health for emergencies, diagnosis requests, sensitive medical records, or attempts to bypass local clinical care
• Circumventing any security measures or access controls
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate listings, reviews, or ratings
• Selling or transferring your account without our consent

LNG may offer paid listings, featured placement, verification review, event promotion, opportunity posting, sponsorships, memberships, marketplace services, and other paid tools. Paid services are subject to our Payment and Refund Policy.

Verification badges are platform trust signals only. They do not guarantee business results, transaction outcomes, legal compliance, medical outcomes, professional quality, or user satisfaction. Verification is explained in our Verification Policy.

LNG Health is not emergency care, and LNG is not a medical provider. LNG Health usage is subject to our LNG Health Disclaimer.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — are the exclusive property of Liberian Global Network or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Liberian Global Network, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
