Verification Policy

1. What verification means

Verification is a platform trust signal showing that LNG reviewed certain information about a profile, listing, provider, organization, or account. Verification does not mean LNG guarantees results, quality, safety, legal compliance, medical outcomes, financial performance, or user satisfaction.

2. What LNG may review

• Identity, ownership, or authorization to represent a business, organization, provider profile, event, or community.
• Business registration, website, social profiles, public references, contact information, or other legitimacy signals.
• Professional credentials, license region, specialty claims, provider contact information, and private credential documents for LNG Health providers.
• User history, reports, reviews, dispute patterns, and platform behavior.

3. Verification fees

LNG may charge fair verification review fees to support trust and safety operations. Payment of a verification fee does not guarantee approval. If information cannot be verified, if the applicant does not respond, or if the submission violates platform rules, LNG may reject or request more information.

4. Badge removal

LNG may remove or change a verified badge if information becomes outdated, inaccurate, disputed, unsafe, fraudulent, or no longer meets platform standards. LNG may also require re-verification periodically.

5. Health-provider verification

For LNG Health, credential review is especially sensitive. Providers may submit private documents for admin review. A verified health badge is a platform review signal only. LNG is not a medical board, hospital, clinic, insurer, or licensing authority.

6. User responsibility

Users should treat verification as one factor in decision-making, not a substitute for independent research, professional advice, contracts, references, or local licensing checks.
