Trust and Safety Policy

1. Our safety approach

LNG is a community platform, directory, marketplace, opportunity board, forum, events hub, story platform, and health-provider discovery layer. Because people rely on the platform to make real decisions, we use moderation, reporting, verification, admin review, and account controls to reduce fraud, abuse, misinformation, and unsafe conduct.

2. What we monitor

• Fake, duplicate, misleading, or unauthorized listings.
• Scams, phishing, suspicious payment requests, and fraudulent opportunities.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, and doxxing.
• Reviews, forum posts, stories, videos, and marketplace content that violate platform rules.
• Health-provider reports, credential review status, booking behavior, and safety complaints.

3. Admin controls

Admins may approve, reject, hide, feature, verify, suspend, remove, or request more information about accounts, listings, content, promotions, provider profiles, and paid placements. Admins may also add internal notes, review credentials, manage reports, and preserve audit history for trust decisions.

4. User reporting

Users can report suspicious profiles, inaccurate listings, unsafe provider conduct, fake opportunities, spam, abuse, or content that violates community standards. Reports may be reviewed by admins and may result in warning, removal, demotion, verification changes, suspension, or permanent account action.

5. Enforcement principles

• Proportionality: Minor issues may receive correction requests; serious issues may lead to immediate removal.
• Community protection: LNG may act quickly when users, providers, businesses, or the platform are at risk.
• Fairness: When practical, users may be allowed to clarify, correct, appeal, or resubmit.
• Transparency: Public trust badges and status signals should reflect actual review decisions.

6. No guarantee

Verification, moderation, featured placement, or admin approval reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every person, business, provider, event, opportunity, or transaction is safe, accurate, or suitable for every user. Users should still use judgment and perform their own due diligence.
