Marketplace and Listings Policy

1. Authorized listings

Users should only create listings for businesses, products, services, events, communities, or organizations they own, operate, represent, or have permission to submit. LNG may request verification or remove unauthorized listings.

2. Accuracy and updates

Listings should include accurate names, descriptions, locations, prices, contact information, dates, images, media, and availability. Users are responsible for keeping listings current and correcting outdated information.

3. Transactions

When LNG checkout is available, Stripe may process the payment and LNG may record the order, promotion, fee, or subscription. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for accurate listing details, fulfillment, delivery, returns, taxes, warranties, customer support, and lawful sale of the listed product or service. LNG does not provide escrow unless a separate written program says so.

4. Prohibited marketplace activity

• Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe, or misrepresented goods or services.
• Fake job postings, fake scholarships, deceptive grants, pyramid schemes, or misleading investment opportunities.
• Events with false dates, fake organizers, unsafe claims, or undisclosed material changes.
• Price manipulation, fake scarcity, undisclosed fees, or bait-and-switch offers.

5. Stripe payment processor alignment

LNG uses Stripe for eligible payments and must follow Stripe prohibited and restricted business rules. Sellers may not use LNG checkout for categories Stripe does not support or categories that require Stripe approval unless LNG has reviewed and approved that use in writing.

• illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or IP-infringing goods
• adult content or adult services
• gambling, raffles, sweepstakes, or prize contests with monetary value
• drugs, cannabis, drug paraphernalia, tobacco, or unsafe nutraceuticals
• weapons, hazardous materials, or regulated dangerous goods
• money transmission, remittance, lending, debt relief, investment, crypto, or other regulated financial services
• pharmaceuticals, prescription products, regulated medical devices, or paid telemedicine services without prior LNG and Stripe review
• unauthorized government services, visas, IDs, documents, or official filings
• products or services involving sanctioned or prohibited jurisdictions or persons

6. Health, medicine, and regulated services

LNG Health is primarily a provider discovery, education, and booking-request experience. Sellers may not list prescription products, regulated medical devices, pharmacy services, paid telemedicine, clinical treatment, insurance, loans, remittance, investment products, or other regulated services through marketplace checkout without prior LNG review and, where required, Stripe approval and proof of licensing.

7. Seller compliance confirmation

Before creating or editing marketplace listings, sellers may be required to confirm that the listing complies with LNG policies, Stripe payment processor requirements, and applicable laws. LNG may reject, pause, remove, refund, or suspend listings and accounts that appear noncompliant, high risk, deceptive, disputed, or unsupported by Stripe.

8. Sanctions and cross-border restrictions

Users may not use LNG or Stripe payments for dealings with prohibited jurisdictions, sanctioned persons, restricted parties, or goods and services that cannot legally be exported, imported, sold, or supplied in the locations involved.

9. Featured placement

Paid or admin-approved featured placement improves visibility but does not override policy review. LNG may remove featured placement if the listing becomes inaccurate, unsafe, expired, disputed, or noncompliant.

10. Disputes

Users should try to resolve transaction disputes directly and respectfully. LNG may review reports, remove listings, suspend accounts, or preserve records, but LNG does not guarantee refunds, delivery, quality, or dispute outcomes unless separately stated.
