Payment and Refund Policy

1. Paid products

LNG may offer paid business listing tiers, premium media tools, featured placement, verified badges, event promotion, opportunity posting, sponsor placements, membership features, marketplace services, and other paid upgrades.

2. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information and complying with the payment provider’s terms. LNG does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

3. Verification fees

Verification fees pay for review work and platform trust operations. Paying a verification fee does not guarantee approval. LNG may reject or request more information if the submission cannot be verified or violates policy.

4. Featured promotions

Paid promotion increases visibility only where approved and available. LNG may reject, pause, remove, or expire promotions that violate content rules, create trust concerns, or conflict with platform safety standards.

5. Refunds

• Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, technical errors, or paid services that LNG cannot deliver.
• Refunds are generally not guaranteed for completed verification reviews, expired promotions, consumed listing periods, or user-submitted content rejected for policy violations.
• Marketplace refunds, ticket refunds, provider fees, and third-party service disputes may depend on the seller, organizer, provider, payment processor, or separate terms.

6. Chargebacks and abuse

Users should contact LNG before filing a chargeback when possible. Fraudulent chargebacks, repeated payment abuse, or attempts to obtain paid visibility without payment may result in account restrictions.
