A birthday worth sharing: official rules

No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or receive a prize. A purchase does not improve your odds.

Campaign: Clarence Early’s birthday and the Liberian Global Network launch. Rules version: September 17, 2026.

1. Organizer and dates

Organized by Clarence Early through Liberian Global Network, Des Moines metro, Iowa, United States. Questions and entry corrections: contact the organizer.

Entries open when the entry form becomes available on September 17, 2026. Entries must be received before September 29, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. America/Chicago. The last entry minute is September 28 at 11:59 p.m. CDT, equivalent to September 29 at 4:59 a.m. in Liberia. The server’s receipt time controls. The random draw is scheduled for September 29, 2026. Confirmed winners will be announced after eligibility and acceptance are verified.

2. Who may enter

Open to individuals aged 18 or older residing in Liberia or the United States who may lawfully participate where they live. Void where prohibited. Clarence Early, people administering this campaign, and their immediate family or household members cannot enter. Photography entrants must be able to attend in the Des Moines metro at their own travel and accommodation expense.

3. How to enter

Follow the Liberian Global Network Facebook page and like the page if Facebook displays a Like button, then submit the form at liberianglobalnetwork.com/giveaway with your name, email address, country, city, social profile, one prize choice, and the required confirmations. A short “next step” story is optional and will not be judged or affect selection.

Limit one entry per person across all categories. The first valid submission is retained. Multiple email addresses do not permit extra entries. Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, or materially inaccurate entries may be disqualified. A Facebook account is needed to follow the LNG page. If the page does not show a Like button, following satisfies this social step. These actions are self-reported at entry and checked before an award; the site does not automatically verify them. Purchases, paid accounts, tags, shares, and newsletter subscriptions are not required and provide no extra entries. Social media comments and messages are not entries. Contact the organizer before closing if you need to correct or withdraw your entry.

4. Three prizes, one winner per category

• Business website by NorzoLabs: one responsive business website of up to five pages, a contact form, launch setup, one available standard domain registration, and 12 months of hosting, fully paid by Clarence. Premium or resale domains, ecommerce, custom applications, ongoing content creation, and hardware are excluded. The winner supplies lawful text, images, and business information. Delivery is within 60 days of receiving the complete content. Domain and hosting renewal after the included year are the winner’s responsibility; there is no required paid renewal, and renewal options will be provided before expiry.
• Photography by Afrikwave Studio: one 60-minute session in the Des Moines metro and 10 professionally edited digital photos. Book the session within 90 days of prize acceptance, subject to mutually available dates. Travel, accommodation, prints, and equipment are not included. Digital photographs will be delivered within 30 days of the session.
• Cash gift: US$100, delivered within 14 days of acceptance and verification through an available transfer method agreed with the winner. Clarence covers sender transfer fees. If the winner chooses a local-currency payout, the applicable provider’s exchange rate is disclosed before payment.

There is no fee to claim a prize. Website and photography prizes have no cash alternative and are not transferable. Winners are responsible for any taxes legally applicable to them. Promotional images illustrate the gifts; computers, cameras, and other pictured hardware are not prizes.

5. Selection and notification

One potential winner will be selected at random from the eligible entries in each category, for three different winners. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries in the chosen category. A category with no eligible entries will have no winner. Among valid entries that meet the listed social requirements, stories and additional social activity have no effect on odds.

Selected entrants will be contacted at their submitted email address after the September 29 draw and have seven calendar days from the first notification to respond. The organizer may reasonably verify age, residence, identity, and prize eligibility privately. Do not post identification documents publicly. An ineligible entrant, a declined prize, or a failure to respond within seven days may lead to another random selection from that category. The announcement may initially identify potential winners pending verification.

6. Privacy and announcements

Entry details are used to administer the campaign, check eligibility, and contact selected entrants under LNG’s privacy policy. Entries do not subscribe you to marketing. Optional stories, social profiles, and email addresses are not published. Accepted winners may be announced using first name, last initial, city, and prize. Any use of a winner’s photograph or story for publicity requires separate permission. Contact the organizer for access, correction, or withdrawal requests.

7. Fair administration

The organizer may investigate suspected fraud and address technical failures to protect fair participation. If an interruption makes the planned draw impossible, an update will be published on the campaign page with a fair revised process. Valid entries will not be silently discarded. This provision does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Social platforms

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. Entry information is provided to the organizer, not those platforms. By entering, participants release those platforms from claims arising from this promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.
